Malty Media is an electronic music alliance between Aquaboogie (Stuart McDonald) and Jet Jaguar (Michael Upton). As well as having released 3 EPs so far, we hosted a regular radio show which is archived here. Our two-hour sets featured a 50/50 split of our own material and electronica classics from the 70s, 80s, 90s, today, and tomorrow!

With Stuart back in town it's been decided to skip a week of the Soft Option in favour of the semisoft half flaccid alternative that is Malty Media. To be vaguely topical, we're doing a special on UFOs. Not only is it only 10 years since the X Files was cancelled, which for us counts as bloody recent, in a December Silly Season tour de force the NZ Military released their UFO files. We'll be dipping into apparitions ancient and modern. It's sure to be a close encounter of the Malty kind!!?!
