As the sun sets on a suprisingly pleasant Wellington summer's day, we can look forward to and evening of ballbreaking black t-shirt straining action from our Australian/UK pub rock superstars, we who are about to mellow out salute AC/DC by presenting a track we did a while back featuring Angus Young's arpeggiatoring guitar against an actual thunderstorm.

Our second EP, called "Buk Buk Buk", is out on net label Monotonik, just in time for Christmas!

We got into the Listener's 70th Anniversary issue in their column about radio shows. I'd like to say the media came knocking on our door, but I basically talked us up to my old quiz show comrade Sarah Barnett (in this case it wasn't just who you know, but how much trivia you know, too).

Not really news so much as observations, to whit:

In a crushing defeat for alliteration, the Malty Media monthly radio show has now gone fortnightly. The next show is on January 20 (three weeks after the last show, just to keep things interesting).

There won't be much change in format - there can't be, as we still don't really have one, but it's likely  we'll be relying a little more on DJing other people's tracks. This may be an improvement.
