Phase one completion report

The project team is pleased to announce that phase one of Malty Media was completed successfully on Wednesday, 21 November 2007. While some performative issues were noted by a minority of stakeholders, required outputs were provided as outlined by pre-established Service Level Agreements between Malty Media, Katipo cafe staff and the attendees. Sign-off has been sought and received from the cafe owner and a sample group of audience members.

The main issue for consideration is the disappointing absence of any observable astral phenomena or out-of-body experiences directly resulting from Wednesday night's musical selections. A Malty Media team debrief has been scheduled, chiefly to address the performance phase of the project moving forward.

A key driver for ongoing improvement is the team's unwavering commitment to a client-focused, results-oriented programme of dubbed-out electronica and nostalgic pop culture references. That notwithstanding, it may be necessary to consider future consultation with stakeholders before implementing action plans that include the theme from Neverending Story or drum and bass remixes of chocolate bar commercials.  Action items resulting from the debrief may include a full review of audience feedback and monitoring processes, as the cheering and laughter responses observed on Wednesday night may have only been by a statistically outlying minority of those in attendance.  A cultural sensitivity training initiative may be required to confirm that attendees of future project phases feel empowered to query and even challenge the team's selections.

The Malty Media project office is satisfied with the progress thus far and is committed to growing its reputation as a leading provider of spacey vibes to Wellington's electronic listening community.

Hey I enjoyed it - seems that a cafe is the perfect location for assessing the aforementioned specey vibes.
